Freeman is the official general contractor for Clinical Congress 2023. Order early to take advantage of the advance order discounts rates. The discount deadline for most services is September 21, 2023
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibtor Registration is now open. The deadline for advanced exhibitor registration is October 13, 2023. You can access the registration site thought your Exhibitor Portal. After logging in using your company password, click on Registration and Lead Retrieval. You will be automatically logged into the registration site.
Each exhibitor receives 4 complimentary exhibitor badges for every 10×10 of contracted booth space. Additional Exhibitor badges are available for purchase for $50 each

Through the Exhibitor Portal, you can access your account statement, register your booth personnel, access the new Exhibitor Hub, and book a sponsorship or Satellite Symposia. New this year! The Exhibitor Hub is where you will be able to edit your company listing. This information will be used by attendees to navigate the show floor. You will need to log in with the contact email that received the booth confirmation letter. Then you can create a personalized password to access the Exhibitor Hub. Clinical Congress 2023 exhibitor and attendees can now book their Boston hotel reservations at discounted nightly rates for Clinical Congress 2023 via onPeak – the only official hotel provider for the Clinical Congress. See detail schedule below to assist with planning.

Note
- Exhibitors will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor at 8:00 am daily.
- All exhibit installation must be completed by 4:30 pm, Sunday, October 22, 2023, and all aisles cleared of exhibit material and crates. All components yet to be installed must be within the exhibitor’s assigned space.
- Carriers should be checked in by Thursday, October 26, 2023, by 12:00 noon.
- All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday, October 26, 2023, by 4:30 pm.
